Glittering prizes close 'best ever' Dubois Cup A glittering poolside prizegiving and dinner dance, complete with live jazz band, brought the curtain down on the 2011 Dubois Cup last night. Hailed as the most successful Cup so far, the superyacht regatta was hosted by the Yacht Club Costa Smeralda.

Veteran cruising yacht Timoneer took full advantage of contrary conditions and fickle breezes that ought not to have favoured the heavier boats, and took both line honours and the overall prize.
Light winds and water bombs!
A day of showers and fickle breezes left racers frustrated in Port Cervo as conditions forced the cancellation of the first race of the 2011 Dubois Cup. Slingshots and water bombs were broken out as a welcome distraction while waiting for the weather to turn around.

Inmocean confirms attendance
Inmocean has confirmed her attendance at the Dubois Cup. Although she will not be racing, 41m sloop will join us for June 4th, 5th and 6th.
Dubois Cup - Carbon Emissions Offset!
Dubois are extremely proud to announce, in partnership with Yacht Carbon Offset, we will be balancing the estimated carbon footprint of this year’s Dubois Cup, including an allowance for participants’ air travel to Sardinia. We believe that the Dubois Cup 2011 is the first Superyacht regatta to neutralise its carbon footprint in this way.
4 Yachts now CONFIRMED
Four yachts are now officially confirmed for the 2011 Dubois Cup. The current lengths range from 39m to 58.4m! Many more of the Dubois fleet have given us a verbal 'yes' and we will continue to announce written confirmations as and when they come in.
